This low impact strength training  targets your thighs, back, abdominal, and other core muscles.</p>
<p>The Panasonic EU6441A Core Muscle Trainer is solid, well built and there are no flimsy parts.   Setup was simple. The entire unit comes assembled except for the stirrups which have to be adjusted for your height and then attached.  The saddle is made of excellent quality leather and is very comfortable.  I found the Panasonic EU6441A Core Muscle Trainer very enjoyable to use.    It is quiet so you can easily use it while watching tv.  Each customizable workout is fifteen minutes long and it also has a DVD which shows you the exercise routines and your basic posture while using it.</p>
<p>If you are not used to working your core muscles, you will be sore.  The Panasonic EU6441A Core Muscle Trainer works many muscles that are not often used.   I liked it because it does work so many different muscle groups.  My stomach, butt and thigh muscles have definitely been toned and improved as well as my back muscles.</p>

<p><span id="more-109"></span>Is there a reason that so many of us have a problem with stomach weight and can’t seem to lose it?  One study has found that it could be caused by a lack of the mineral calcium in our bodies. Most of us are not consuming adequate calcium in our diets and it could be why we are overweight.</p>
<p>This study showed that if we add three servings of low fat dairy to our diets we could increase the amount of weight we could lose by seventy percent; increase the amount of fat loss by sixty-four percent; and lose forty-seven percent more stomach fat.</p>
<p>This study was conducted at the University of Tennessee and another one with similar findings was conducted at Harvard University.<br />

<p>Could <em>losing stomach weight</em> be as easy as adding calcium to your diet?  Of course you still have to watch your calories and exercise, but adding three daily servings of dairy will make it much easier.</p>
<p>The best dairy choices are no fat or low fat milk (eight ounces per serving), low fat yogurt (eight ounces per serving), and low fat cheese (two ounces per serving).  If you drink a glass of milk before your meals, you will feel full and eat less.</p>

<p>Food allergies can cause bloating.  The most common are dairy and wheat.  If you suspect that you have an allergy or intolerance to one of these, try to eliminate them one at a time from your diet and see if you notice a difference.</p>
<p>One of the largest causes of bloating is from constipation.  You need to slowly increase your fiber intake from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.  Drink lots of water - about eight glasses a day.  Exercise is also important.  A thirty minute walk every day will help.</p>
<p>Chew your food completely and slow down your eating.  When you eat fast, you also take in air which will bloat your stomach.  When you thoroughly chew your food and slow down your eating, you will find that you eat less.</p>
<p>Reduce your salt intake.  If you eat a lot of processed foods, you are probably consuming too much sodium.  Make sure you read the labels and avoid all high sodium items.</p>
<p>Cruciferous vegetable such as broccoli and cauliflower and also beans can cause gas if you don&#8217;t eat them on a regular basis.  Instead of avoiding them, you should introduce them slowly and eat them more often, so your system gets used to them.  Beano is excellent to use until your system adjusts to them.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t eat large meals.  Break your meals into five or six smaller meals.  This is easier on your digestive system and keeps you from bloating.</p>
<p>Avoid artificially sweetened drinks and food and carbonated drinks.  They cause stomach bloating.  Chewing gum also can cause bloating, because you are taking in air while you are chewing.</p>
