Exercise Number 2:

Get down on your elbows and knees and extend one leg straight back with your toe touching the floor. Lift that leg up and down very slowly. After 10 reps, switch legs.

Exercise Number 3:

Stand with your feet together. Step out with one foot to a lunge position and touch the floor with the opposite hand. Switch legs after 10 reps.

    Those are really great exercises for reducing cellulite. In fact, I’m going to try them out as soon as I finish typing this. Remember to drink lots of water and clean up that diet, too!
