Losing Stomach Weight The Easy Way

The majority of the population is concerned about losing stomach weight.  Not only is it unbecoming, but it is also a very dangerous risk to your health.

This study showed that if we add three servings of low fat dairy to our diets we could increase the amount of weight we could lose by seventy percent; increase the amount of fat loss by sixty-four percent; and lose forty-seven percent more stomach fat.

This study was conducted at the University of Tennessee and another one with similar findings was conducted at Harvard University.

What it boils down to is that when you don’t have enough calcium, your fat cells make and store fat which causes weight gain.  Studies have also found that calcium supplements are not as effective for weight loss as eating dairy foods.  Dairy products contain calcium and many other components including an amino acid called leucine which is found to increase the ability of muscle to use stored fat.

Could losing stomach weight be as easy as adding calcium to your diet?  Of course you still have to watch your calories and exercise, but adding three daily servings of dairy will make it much easier.

The best dairy choices are no fat or low fat milk (eight ounces per serving), low fat yogurt (eight ounces per serving), and low fat cheese (two ounces per serving).  If you drink a glass of milk before your meals, you will feel full and eat less.
