Here are six easy ways to lose weight fast:
1. Put yourself in the right frame of mind to lose weight. You must really want to do it. Make a commitment to yourself. Don’t do it for anyone but yourself. It’s all about you! You can’t and won’t lose weight if you are doing it because someone else wants you to or if you are only going to TRY to lose weight. You must commit. You can do anything you want to if you just set your mind to it. You must be positive and say I CAN do it. All you are really going to do is make yourself healthier. You will feel better - you will look better.

2. Set realistic goals. Sometimes it is easier to set smaller goals. Once you accomplish the first smaller goal, it gives you more self confidence to move to the next goal. People that set their goals too high often get frustrated and give up. Start out with a goal of losing five pounds. Once you accomplish this, set another goal. Keep on doing this until you reach your desired weight.
3. If your kitchen is filled with foods that are not compatible with your new way of eating, they need to go. Sort through your kitchen and throw out or give away all foods that you know are not going to help you lose weight. This includes cakes, cookies, sodas, chips - you know what’s good and what’s not. It is too much of a temptation to have these foods around. If they are not there, you can’t eat them.
4. Drink plenty of water. Drink one glass every hour that you are awake. It will fill you up and flush your system out. Drinking ice water also burns calories. If you drink eight 16 ounce glasses of ice water, it will burn 200 calories. This is one of the easiest ways to lose weight fast.
5. Eat slowly and really chew your food. You will find that you eat less and it is also easier on your digestive system.
6. Don’t ever get to the point where you are starving. When you are really hungry, you won’t care what you eat and you will probably wolf down the wrong foods. Space your meals out so you don’t have this problem.
